IDBI Bank Ltd., hereafter referred to as ‘the Bank’ invites online applications from eligible candidates for the post of Executives (on contract) and for Admission to IDBI Bank PGDBF 2022-23 for absorption as Assistant Manager, Grade- ‘A’, hereafter referred to as the ‘Recruitment Process’. The above recruitments will be strictly on all India basis as per the selection process enumerated hereunder.

Eligibility Criteria of IDBI Bank Vacancy 

Name of post : Executives (on Contract)

Age limit : 20 to 25 years. 

The candidate must have been born not earlier than April 2, 1997 and not later than April 1, 2002 (both dates inclusive)

Name of posts : Assistant Manager, Grade ‘A’

Age limit :  21 to 28 years 

The candidate must have been born not 

earlier than April 2, 1994 and not later 

than April 1, 2001 (both dates inclusive)

Other Criteria of IDBI Bank Recruitment 

Relaxation of Upper Age limit :

• SC/ST : 05 years 
• OBC(NCL) : 03 years 
• PWBD  :  10 years 
• Ex-servicemen  : 05 years 

Education Qualification :

Graduate in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. of India OR any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria.

Salary :

The First Year : Rs.29,000/- per month

The Second Year : Rs.31,000/- per month 

The Third Year : Rs.34,000/- per month 

Selection process :

• (a) Executive (On contract):- The selection process shall comprise of an Online Test (OT), Document 
• Verification (DV) and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT).
• (b) Assistant Manager, Grade ‘A’, :- The selection process shall comprise of OT, DV, Personal Interview(PI) and PRMT.
• Candidates have to qualify in each of the four tests, by securing cut-off marks as decided by the Bank. 
• Penalty for Wrong Answers - For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate,one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score.
• If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question.

The structure of the OT is as follows:

• ONLINE” which will open a new screen.
• To register, choose the tab “Click here for New Registration” and enter Name, Contact details and email-id. A 
• Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen.
• Candidate should note down the Provisional Registration Number (the same should be quoted for all future 
• communications) and Password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password 
• will also be sent.
